The present Local Economic Development (LED) strategy created for municipalities in Kosova is the result of the project Developing Enterprises Locally through Actions and Alliances (DELTA III). The main objective of the project is to build the capacities of municipalities to establish favorable conditions for development of small and medium size enterprises (SME’s), contributing thus towards local economic development. Following a standard competition process, Shtime Municipality was one of the winners of this project, along with four other municipalities.
