Finalization, consolidation, and completion of ENPI Monitoring reports

Project description: In May 2009, LGI/OSI commissioned reports on ENPI monitoring in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine. These reports are finished, but they are of uneven quality. If this project is to reach its initial goal – to set the foundations for enhanced non-state actor participation in ENPI monitoring – all reports, with the exception of the Ukrainian one, will have to be substantially revised (the Armenian report will have to be completely redone).

It will also be necessary to bring all the essential findings together in a single consolidated document for use by officials and actors working at the central level (e.g. LGI in Budapest, the European Commission in Brussels). This means drafting a solid executive summary to include the key features of ENPI monitoring in each country, as well as recommendations.
