Project description: The project assists Blora and Bojonegoro district municipalities to use participatory planning to promote sustainable economic and social development and avoid a local "resource curse" as their budget increases due to the infllow of oil revenues. The project also has a strong transparency element with regards to oil revenues the two municipalities entitled to receive.
