Welcome to the OSI/LGI Online Database of experts in Public
Administration, Education and Public Policy from transition countries. We designed this database to promote and encourage the participation of Central and Eastern European experts in
internationally funded or cross border projects. We hope that this resource, which provides hundreds of names and CV summaries of
