Virtual Library of Internet resources on national and
ethnic minorities in Central and Eastern Europe and the Former Soviet
Union
updated 9 February 2003
The aim of this virtual library of websites is to provide researchers,
scholars, rights advocates, and professionals engaged in policy making and
design for multi-ethnic communities with guidance and assistance in
accessing information on national and ethnic minorities in CEE and the FSU
available on the Internet.
During the compiling and editing procedures our aim was to put together
the most comprehensive list of websites on this topic that was humanly
possible. Nevertheless, our library, like any other virtual library, is
incomplete by its nature. Thus it could/should be enriched by our users by
adding entries that might have escaped our search or which will be
generated by further research.
