| Abstract |
When Serbian refugees were settled in Serbia's mainly ethnic Albanian Kosovo region last summer, the strained relations between the area's Serbian and Albanians residents were highlighted. As survey results revealed, stereotypes and assumptions cloud both groups perceptions and foster misunderstanding and animosity. |
