The purpose of this project, coordinated by COMIR member CEDIME-SE, is to facilitate the exchange of views and concerns between major policy-making actors at both the national and international levels and the subjects of these policies. Up to date extensive if not exhaustive documentation of such exchanges and assessments of them (OSCE Human Dimension meetings, UN Treaty Bodies Sessions, OSCE High Commissioner for Minorities or ECRI Reports, etc.) will be included.
